Almond 2015
« on: March 06, 2016, 08:58:55 am »
I have an Almond 2015 router and two peanut plugs.  All I use the router for is to turn the peanut plugs on and off.

My network is made of two Apple routers.

One is the master router and the other is used as a bridge to extend my network.  When the almond is either on router mode or range extender mode, it jams my bridged network and my speed drops from 45MBS to .425 MBS.

Is there any way to control my peanut plugs without using the almond in the router or range extender mode?

If not I need a solution.

Best Regards,

Stew

@ ez0618,

You can control the Peanut plugs through local connection on the App and doesn't require internet connection. Try to setup the Almond 2015 in Access point mode once and then check the status.
