Anyone tried this yet/know if it will work. Seems like a pretty basic binary sensor.

I tried the DB100Z. It paired fine and battery levels appeared to be consistent, but I could not get it to trigger notifications with the Almond+. It didn't work out of the box either with the SmartThings Hub. I ended up writing my own SmartThings device handler, but now but it's working well for me with the ST Hub.

It's a nice device. I put together a full Nexia Doorbell Sensor review at http://darwinsden.com/nexia-zwave-doorbell-sensor-db100z-review/.
