Enerwave St814
« on: March 23, 2016, 12:15:36 am »
Does the Enerwave St814 temperature and humidity sensor work with the almond+? I read the reviews on it and it looks like it work with many brands of hubs. Anyone have any experience with it?
Update:
After some searching looks like it works with Vera and Smartthings. How about Almond +?

I have the device now. I added it as a multi sensor then as a temperature sensor. It has the temperature only one time when it first connects and never updates again. I will send logs.
Update:
I got it working as a temperature sensor, but takes several tries to change configuration. Says Fail a lot, then finally success I changed the auto report to 5 minutes. Will continue to test this device.

@ Dudeness30,

In order to make it work properly, you could try adding it as Temperature sensor then change config files as follows.

Parameter = 6
Value Size = 2
Value = Duration (How many minutes the temperature has to be updated).

After the above values are entered, then click C/F button on the sensor thrice with in 1.5 secs, now click on Set button on the LCD UI. Let us know, if you are facing any issues and through our future firmware updates, we would take care of it.
