Unable to install latest software update(AL2-R091)
Hello Support,

I have an Almond 2015, received a software update notification on the android app.

I check the Almond itself and it confirms AL2-R091 is available, upon attempting update I get "unable to connect try again later"; this happens even after resetting the router to factory default.

Any suggestions? I'm current running software AL2-R089

Thanks.

@ ptc1982,

Try to run the diagnostics and then sync the time, if the automatic sync doesn't work then manually set the time according to your time zone and then try the update the firmware.

Sync'ed up the time and now it works.

I upgraded from the LCD UI, and everything went fine.  The web UI showed the old version still, which confused me, but then I remembered the note to clear the browser caches, which worked like a charm!

The updating went fine.

I'd say I'm having even more issues with lost connections than before.

Using it in Range Extender mode. I love the ease of use, but am pulling my hair out with losing connections.

@ norske52,

Try to change the location or move the Almond 2015 a bit close to main router and check, because as long as the signal is continuous/uninterrupted Almond 2015 should provide a stable connection.
