Zwave Linear GD00Z-1 does not pair
« on: June 28, 2016, 11:10:00 pm »
Hello,

I am trying to pair the zwave linear GD00Z-1 to my Almond+ but all it does is that it says "Still trying to pair" and then times out.

Reset the router and the garage opener dozens of times but nothing yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Amos

@ doublea9,

First thing make sure that both Almond+ and the Garage opener works with same frequency and hit on Add sensor --> Remove (single remove only) --> follow the proper removal process on the Garage opener once you receive a message "Unknown sensor removed", we can go ahead and add it.

Ashok this is the exact same problem I'm having. had this happen when trying to add this type of device many times and you worked this once before. I sent you an email on this earlier this week. Any reason why this device is difficult to add?
