The Securifi fob or another brand? I haven't seen them on their Amazon page in quite a while. I don't think they were big sellers. What is it you use them for? They are releasing the Securifi Tap (current name, don;t know if it'll change before) soon, apparently the goal is to release it at the same time as the Almond 3. It may work well for you depending on your use, it apparently is quite small and features a single button that can handle single or multiple clicks and different actions can be assigned to each. I don't know any technical specs or etc. This video from CEDIA two weeks ago shows what looks like a fairly finished product
