Water valve project with Mimolite idea

Hey guys, looking for input. Last year I made a 120vac zwave actuated ball valve whole house water shut off and it still works great, but I want to make a low voltage version like 12vdc. I am looking at 12vdc actuators and a zwave relay. Has anyone used the Fortrezz Mimolite? It looks to be suitable with dry contact relay and an input I could use when the valve is closed for correct status. Is there any other 12vdc zwave or zigbee relays out there? Does the Mimolite work well with Almond+?
Almond+, 2 flood sensors, 1 motion sensor, 1 Z-wave water valve, 2 Aeon Labs DSC06106-ZWUS - Z-Wave Smart Energy Switch, 1 Enerwave ZWN-RSM1S Z-Wave Relay, 1 GE Z-Wave Outdoor Module, 1 Enerwave ZWN-RSM2 Z-Wave Smart Dual Relay,
