OpenVPN Client on Almond+, a dream...
« on: October 06, 2016, 05:57:01 pm »
You guys NEVER solved anything for the OpenVPN Client configuration.
You just posted a screen on how it was supposed to work...
I supported the Almond+ on Kickstarter because I was told it would support OpenVPN Client configuration.
IT DOESNT.
You sure spend a lot of time working on sensors, but not on the OS itself.

@ ecamou,

To my best knowledge, we don't have any known issues that the Open VPN client is not working on Almond+. Please do reach our support team at support@securifi.com, who would be happy to assist you on this.

You do have pretty known issues that you yourself tried to help me fix more than a year ago, then redirected me to support, we spent weeks testing, came up with a very convoluted workaround relying on SSH, and your guys promised to roll out the fix "in the next update". Thanks for nothing. Your web configuration interface is still broken

Update: sorry, didn't notice this was an old topic and your denial was from 2016. The issue still stands though. You knew of the issue at least by September 2016.
