NYCE NCZ-3043 Sensor Supported

I just connected a NYCE NCZ-3043 Ceiling mount motion sensor and it comes up as generic unsupported. I also connected the NYCE NCZ-3041 Motion sensor and that one is working. I thought the ceiling mount one would work too. Whats the deal?
