Thermostat Help (Horstmann)
« on: November 19, 2016, 11:54:12 am »
I was wondering if anyone has the following zwave thermostat (Horstman) and if they have been able to get it working wth the Almond+

The room themrostat does pair with the Almond+ but it does not seem to trigger any rules

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Horstmann-NU0690401000-HRT4-ZW-Battery-Wireless/dp/B00CMZJ9DK/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_1_0/279-4437030-2726549

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

It shows up in your device list? Have you set up rules using it as a trigger? Can you change the settings manually throw the app?

Yes it shows up in the device list...But I am unabe to make any manual changes through the app, recieve the error 'Sorry Unable to Update'
Any rules I have created do not run... I want to be able to setup Time based rules.

Thanks

I would say send logs to Securifi to help them figure it out. Then maybe remove and re-associate it. Maybe. even though it displayed, it did not link properly? Just guessing there.

@ LaVia,

Ensure that the Almond+ is not rebooted and send us the log files, would get back after debugging it.

@ LaVia,

Logs sent.

Thanks Ashok

Thank you and as per the log files, it seems like device did not get added properly. Hence, please do remove it and make sure the distance is not more than 1 mt and add it, check the performance.
