It's not an entirely straight forward question to answer.
The short answer is, that yes, technically it's possible.

However, one of the "controllers" would act as the main controller with any additional controllers operating in more of a range extender mode, than as a true controller. This is due to how the Z-Wave and also ZigBee topology is designed to work, although interoperability between various brands of controllers might not work entirely flawless.

It might not hurt if Securifi added a forum section for "Compatibility Feedback" or some such... This could allow users to make note for each other what seems to work, and what does not. At the same time it would not be an "official" Securifi statement of compatibility. Going forward it might not hurt though for Securifi to look over those posts, find common devices and do their own check so they could eventually have a "proven compatible" or some such notice.

Just a thought.

It's something that will be added ahead of us shipping the Almond+ to our Kickstarter backers, so no worries. We're just trying to keep the forums lean for now, but we'll add things as needed.
There will of course also be an official list of supported devices.

Actually they added a Wiki instead.
So besides the Forum section where people can list the sensors they have tested, we also have a Wiki.

The list of compatible devices is great, but it's only for those devices that Securifi is able to certify.  What Fillibar was asking for was a forum that users would comment on what worked and what didn't.

Actually that list on the Wiki was not made by Securifi, it was made by me. And then both Securifi, beta testers and developers have added devices to it. There is a column that mentiones if it has been tested by Securifi.;-)

And we do have a forum for this, I also linked it in my previous post.
