Connecting Printer to Router
« on: February 14, 2017, 04:37:32 pm »
Good Day!

I have an older copier in my business, but it still works well. We had it connected to our old router and every computer could find it. Now that I have installed the Almond, not even the primary computer which is hard-wired to the main router can find the machine. What do I need to do to connect the copier/printer to the network?

Thanks in advance!

@ tullbejm,

Ensure that Printer and other devices are connected to the Almond 3. If there is any static IP assigned to the printer, then please do release it and then reboot it for receiving a new IP from Almond 3. Now search for the printer on your devices.

Note: How is the printer connected hardwired to the Almond 3 using USB or RJ45 cable?
