Rule Suggestions

Gents. Recently I have been experimenting with the rules.
I'll explain what I want, but here's what i have

Devices

Network
iPhone 1
iPhone 2
iPhone 3
Laptop 1
Laptop 2
Laptop 3

Fixtures
Carport Light
Deck Lighting
Dining Light
Foyer Light
Kwikset door lock


I would like if anytime after sunset if any phone logs onto the network (after Sunset). I would like the Carport light ON , Dining ON, Foyer ON.

IF possible I would like after 5 minutes the carport light OFF.

So, right now Sunset is a weather/specific time so unfortunately an easy/exact way to do what you want is problematic. There also is no OR function yet, so you need a rule per phone.
The easiest workaround totge sunset is to set it to be a between time...

But... If you have an extra device around that you can use as a boolean, here is an example set as an option:
1st Rule:
IF Sunset
THEN ExtraDevice On
2nd Rule:
IF Phone1 Inactive and Phone2 Inactive and ... PhoneN Inactive
THEN Mode Away
3rd through N Rules (one per phone):
IF ExtraDevice On and Mode Away and Phone1 Active
THEN ExtraDevice Off and Mode Home and Carport On and Dining On and Foyer On and delay 5min before Carport Off
