Wired A3s show up as inactive

Sorry Mods, lots of questions- I swear when I get good with this, I will re-contribute...

So I have 3 additional A3 routers wired to the first one throughout the house. I am confused as to why they show up as inactive in my device list. If it is just the way it is, cool, but it makes me feel like something is wrong. Even my switch(s) shows up as an active device.

Oddly... it is just the way they are right now. The way to check their mesh status is using the Mesh section on the top of the WiFi tab in the app.
