All sensors gone on A+
« on: April 08, 2017, 12:37:58 pm »
All of a sudden all my sensors are gone on my A+. I discovered it last night when I wanted  to turn off one of my lights downstairs. My iOS app is showing zero smart devices added. I checked in LCDUI and found out that it has a message "You have not added any sensors yet".

I tried rebooting A+ a few times but to no avail.

My system shows the same behavior. All of a sudden there are no Z-wave sensors at all. But all the wifi devices are still there.

Please advise. This CAN NOT happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Ashok -- Logs sent.

If the intention is for early adopters like us to build a mission critical system (such as water intrusionn shut off, or home security system) based on an Almond router this kind of behavior CAN NOT happen!
Okay so this go around my lights did not trun on and the door sensors did not "ding" but I lost a lot of trust.
I am seriously considering buying a different stand alone smart hub. And Hope and Pray for more reliable system behavior.

Regards -- Zibmak

This happens periodically on my Android app. Fortunately, it always works itself out and sensors reappear.

Have you tried switching to local mode? That seems to work for me most of the time.

That's the first thing I tried to try switching to local mode to see if the sensors are still there... I waited for weeks hoping they will re-appear and receive some advise from Securifi but time is passing by so I ended up re-adding all my sensors.

Just had this happen to me today. Was there ever a solution?
