no complete boot
« on: May 23, 2017, 11:46:36 am »
I have an almond that was 12 months unplugged. Now it starts up with the Almond Logo then the securifi logo comes up and stays 2-3 minutes.
Then the facory test for touch screen comes up and tells "touch the lcd". I then have a line of 00:00:00:00:00:02. stays 2minutes and then the test shows up to touch three squares.
DOne that i have the test passed on a green screen and again i have numbers. This time 3 lines with same 00, 1st line ending with 00, 2nd 02 and 3rd with 03.
That's it.
And it stays there for ever. Any hint?
Thanks.
Paolo

That is unfortunate. I thought you probably would have tried resetting but figured I should ask. If you already are working with support then I think they will provide more information.

I did quite a lot of times, and I also tried when I said support, unplug overnight. However the problem is only solved on hard screens
