SZ-DWS04 notification of Battery is 98%

I am getting multiple notifications which state the SZ-DWS04 "Battery is 98%". There is no value to send notification at 98% maybe 25% or less.

We didn't add notification support for battery status. However, please send us the logs to look further in to this. Logs description (Logs for Jagdish).

Sorry.. this was not the SZ-DWS04 but Schlage BE469NX lock.

We have not added support for battery status notification on Almond. However, if you tap on "battery icon" of Door lock under "connected sensors" it will display the battery status. We would like to know if you are receiving continues notifications on App and did you try replacing the batteries?

There is battery notification - please see attachment for the screenshot on my phone.

The Schlage Connect deadbolt has battery indication on the hardware device itself when it's low and critical; neither of these indications has shown up.
I have disconnected/reconnected the battery - did not fix the problem. Additionally, the battery for the lock is only a few months old and the door is rarely used - maybe once a week.

Only when we tap on the battery icon that is when the notification would be sent or else there won't be any notifications even though the battery is low. Meanwhile, please let us know the complete model number of the lock, so that we could provide the instructions on how to change the settings properly on the lock. Thank you!

Firmware: MAIN_7.1

I get a notification at  4 AM in the morning also (I am definitely asleep at this time).

I can't even find a way to click on the "battery icon".

There is regular "lock icon" that I assigned to this door lock, click on that right now gives me an error message.. saying.. something like can not save.. This in the past would lock/unlock the lock.
