Mobil applications
« on: June 10, 2017, 03:39:45 pm »
Can this device be used as an extender in a mobile application such as in an RV that will move from campground to campground occasionally? We have a 'home' campground but do travel. Many of these CG have poor wifi signals. I also will never have access to the parent site router beyond whatever password they may require. Is that password all I need to access and be able to extend my computer's range by using my Almond 15

@ IC31,

Almond 2015 will extend the range of any existing Wi-FI network and it works with most of the public networks with out any trouble, but few public Wi-Fi hotspots do come with restrictions that might prevent repeaters from connecting to their network.

Thanks - looks like it's up to me to try. If it doesn't work, oh well back in the box for another time

@ IC31,

We are quite positive that it should work. Do let us know in case of any situation.
