Does WiFi Calling on AT&T affect your Almond+?
« on: June 19, 2017, 07:29:27 pm »
My Almond+ is frequently misbehaving now. It stops allowing devices to join the 5GHz network a few hours after a reboot. Sometimes the 2.4GHz network cannot "reach the internet". And recently, some of my wired devices were misbehaving.

A reboot cures most of this behavior for a while.

The only think I can point back to in terms of a change was enabling AT&T WiFi Calling on two phones.
Also, there were 2 iOS upgrades between the time Firmware R090 came out and these frequent drops.

Does anyone else use AT&T WiFi Calling? Or Verizon (etc.)? Have you noticed anything strange?

I have the same problems, and I do use Wi-Fi calling. I had never thought there was a link, but I'll have to keep an eye on it to see if I can identify a connection between the two.

I think I just noticed that mine kicks sensors off the network.
