Restructure Mesh Network
« on: October 05, 2017, 03:08:50 pm »
Is there a way to restructure how my Almonds are connected in my mesh network without having to remove the almonds and re-add them all over again.

I added my routers in the following order - primary, basement, living room. The living room router says it's connected to the primary router via the basement, but the basement is actually further away from the primary router than the living room. If anything, it seems it would be optimal to have the basement connected through the living room.

I see no way to change the path that the satellite routers connect with the primary, besides removing all of the satellites and re-adding them in the correct order. Does anyone know of another way to do this?

Thanks.

@ smp75,

You don't have to remove all the devices and resetup, try removing only the third device and then keep it right next to the second device and add it back in Mesh, that would take care of it.
