Can’t connect to WiFi

For the life of me I cannot get this thing to connect to my WiFi, It just says connecting and will eventually time out and then start again. There are no issues with my WiFi connection and I have re-entered the password countless times. Am I missing something here? I am not up to date on any bug fixes or anything.
I have Verizon Fios, not sure what the model of my router is if that matters.

Tap on Help-->About or About icon and let us know the software version. Meanwhile, try rebooting your main router and then run the setup on Almond.
