Almond Guard in US with T-Mo SIM?
« on: June 28, 2019, 03:23:19 pm »
Is anyone using the Almond 3S 4G Backup feature in the US with a T-Mobile SIM ?

If so, can you share the APN settings?

I have already tried APN : fast.t-mobile.com and epc.t-mobile.com, while leaving other settings blank (as suggested on many T-Mo support pages), but, the 4G link is not working.

Is there any troubleshooting procedure to determine why the SIM is not working?

@ Ganesh_AT,

Remove the APN settings and ensure that the device is linked to the Cloud and then check, should work by getting the details automatically.
