Timemachine backups or other.
« on: March 29, 2014, 03:23:47 am »
Not sure if this is even possible. I have a Apple Timecapsule and use this for backup of my Mac.
Since the Almond+ has USB3, it could be handy to have this feature uilt in to it?

Another option would be to use something like Crashplan, and have the Almond+ show up as a destination for it.

Just an idea.

Possible, yes.
However, it's not something we've focused on right now, although you could try doing it by yourself, see - http://wiki.openwrt.org/timemachine

We're looking at doing something like this after we've shipped to all of our backers though.

At some point, maybe.
In R069cb it should be possible to mount USB drives in OS X properly though.
