Title: Cannot connect to router

Almond w/A1A in Model #. Trying to use as range extender. Goes thru the process until "Waiting for IP Address" then shows error: "Cloud Disconnected". Signal from router is excellent. Any help would be appreciated.

Cloud Disconnected is not related to the internet connection, please check, if the status of shows "Internet Connected" then devices connected to Almond should be working just fine. In order to resolve the "Cloud Disconnected", run the diagnostics app and then proceed in linking the device to the Cloud.
