Title: Samsung TV can't access internet.
Post by: gilrubio on April 30, 2015, 04:30:10 pm
My Samsung TV in not able to access the internet. It was working fine for the last 6 months.
I have it configured for DHCP and It is able to connect to the Almond+ however, it won't access
the internet. I have about 12 other devices currently working on DHCP and have internet access.

Almond+ is on the latest firmware(72)

any suggestions?

@ gilrubio,

Try to reboot the TV once and then try, you may also reset the network settings and check. If it is still not connecting then let us know how you are connecting the TV hardwired or wireless (2.4 or 5 Ghz)?

I have rebooted the TV and router.
It is hardwired, but I also removed the cable and set up a wireless connection.
I get the same thing - connects to router but no internet access.

I also tried to give it a static IP and this does the same..

@ gilrubio,

As all the other devices are working fine, you may try restoring the settings to the factory defaults and check.
