Title: Can't Connect my Xbox One or one iPad

For some reason, I can not connect my Xbox One nor a single iPad (there are 3 others that do and all iPhones are fine). What is going on that I can't get these devices to connect? Also, I was looking at opening ports for Xbox Live, I don't have the "Virtual Server" settings under Forwarding. Is there another way to open the ports so NAT is open? Thanks!

@ ddonofrio,

Try to change the channel and see if you can get the devices connected. We did not add support for the Virtual Server, however, port forwarding could be done through Forwarding option.
