Title: Schlage BE469NX Battery Meter Incorrect?
Post by: Inimical on May 20, 2015, 09:06:56 am
I noticed that my Schlage lock wasn't dropping below the 63% battery range for some time, and then the lock itself started beeping during locks\unlocks which indicates low battery even though Almond was still reporting 63%. Has anyone else seen this issue?

The Schlage BE469NX is not currently supported.  Securifi support advised that they are hoping to add support very soon.

Actually it has been supported for the last couple releases, with the exception of the issues with programming codes.
I will agree that the battery level is not even close. On ours it always reads as 99% , yesterday it did drop to 97% on one of the locks we don't use often, however the lock was already flashing to replace the batteries and with as slow as the bolt retreated I am fairly certain that it would not have opened again if I did not replace the batteries right then.

On mine, the battery is most likely wrong, and i have had it successfully paired and using it for more than  6 months now. I've been beta testing the iOS app, and with the last 2 releases, the icon and text status do not match. The door is locked, the icon shows it's locked, but the text status state says "unlocked."  I reported this in the beta testing forum also.

Is there any ETA on when the Schlage BE469NX will be fully supported and functioning correctly?
