Title: Cannot reboot router via Android App anymore
Post by: ptc1982 on March 17, 2016, 10:38:03 pm
Hello Everyone,,

I have the Almond 2015 and for the last few weeks I noticed I can no longer reboot the router through my android app(Software version - AL2-R089).  When I try, it says "reboot successful" on the app and the router LCD goes black indefinitely til I pull the plug.

Any suggestions? I have tried factory resetting the router.

Thank you for your time.

@ ptc1982,

What is the make and model number of the phone on which you are using the Android app, also is this happening with multiple devices?

Hi Ashok,

I have a Galaxy Note 4 N910T running android 5.1.1 as well as a Google Nexus 6 running android 6.0.1; almond reboot command reacts the same on both phones.

@ ptc1982,

Thank you and how about rebooting from the device, like unplugging the power cable and re plugging it does it work fine like that?
