Title: Cannot see the sensors and setting in the app

Hi Guys

Sorry for the inconvenience. Rebooting the Almond should solve the problem. If not, please give me your EmailID with which you have affiliated the almond, I will look into the problem.

This is truly pathetic. I bought the product 2 days ago, sent you a private message yesterday with my email and its still not resolved. my email to signin is us@satya.me

I am having similar issue. Sensor device is connected to the Almond 2015 and is controllable from the Almond itself as well as my web browser when using the router IP. However, neither the Almond app nor my account on connect.securifi.com see the sensor device.

@ bboyce4,

It would be helpful, if you could let us know which sensor (make and model) you are not able to access through cloud and app also try to send the log files by mentioning the issue to help you further.
