I've gone to multiple Home Depots and none of them can find them in the store, despite showing multiples in stock.

I know this pertains go Canada, but I found the GE Link bulbs in the Clearance rack of various Houston area Home Depot stores.  They were in the middle long corridor with a big "CLEARANCE" sign; not every store had the Clearance rack in the same location, and some have more than one Clearance rack.  Also, the boxes were full of dust and marked down to about $12, but they scanned at $4.04 for each A-19 bulb.
