Title: PEQ 3157100 Pairing with Almond 3 Unsuccesful
Post by: jukka69 on October 08, 2017, 07:14:18 am
I have PEQ 3157100, but I am not able to pair it with the Almond 3. I have followed the guidelines under
https://wiki.securifi.com/index.php?title=3157100

It seems that Almond does not even recognize the device i.e. when I an sending pairing signal from PEQ, nothing changes in the Almond 3 Add sensor screen.

Is there any guidelines for debugging?

That thermostat is a Z Wave device correct? Do you have the Z Wave Add-on USB stick? Almond 3 only supports Zigbee out of the box without the add-on stick.

Peq 3157100 is ZigBee device and supposed to pair per the above Wiki describes. Was wondering if there is a way to debug to see where the error might be...

As long as adding procedure is followed properly, there shouldn't be any issue. Do you have any other Zigbee device to test it?

Yes that was my mistake realized that afterwards, sorry. Not sure why it isn't working then.
