Title: Log File Messages

I have a couple devices that keep repeating (for example): RT3052: can't find 192.168.2.21's port number
What is this and how do I correct it? 
The devices are a laptop and one of the Direct TV receivers.

If possible, could you please do the telnet and pull the log files by typing "logread" and post it here.
