We resolved the sensors disappearing issue with the firmware R093 and wanted to get some feedback before we release it to everyone via App and Automatic update. Hence, it would be great, if users could update it and let us know how it works.
--> Bug fixed related to sensors disappearing.

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue I am having with my OSRAM SMART+ plug. I installed it 25-Dec-2017 (after R091) and it worked fine for a month or so. At some point, it stopped working.
I am guessing that my update to R092 broke it; It also does not work on R093. I thought my original OSRAM SMART+ plug had a hardware issue and bought a new one. The new one does not work with R093 either.
My two OSRAM SMART+ plugs will pair with my Almond+ as Binary switches. But neither will respond to on/off commands.
Before I revert to firmware R091, what logs should I send Securifi support for them to debug the issue?
Any suggestions are also welcomed.

@ cswilly,
Ensure Almond is not rebooted and then hit send logs (Help-->Send Logs) with description "Logs for Osram"
-
@askok false alarm on my part. I was wrong. OSRAM SMART+ plugs are actually working with firmware R093.
When I prepared the logs I wanted to start from scratch. I removed the OSRAM SMART+ plug from the Almond+ (running R093) and rebooted it. Then I added three OSRAM SMART+ plugs. All paired perfectly and are working.

Hi Everyone,
We have uploaded the Almond+ Firmware R093 on Cloud and users can now update it via Touchscreen or App. Thank you and please post any feedback related to R093. Thank you!

Is there a list of items that are included in the latest release? Maybe be an Update/Firmware Change log for version AP2-R093-L009-W016-ZW016-ZB005.

I'm running a small hotel and 10 almonds are used in a production environment. Hence difficult to be test user. If you're a home user please test the new version, it can not be much worse then the current one. Thanks Luc

I have been using R093 for two days now and have had zero issues. I updated using the Android app; very smooth.

Please post any feedback related to Almond+ Firmware R093 here.
I wanted to comment on a curious issue that was resolved with the latest firmware. I was two updates behind on my two Almond+'s that are currently being used as range extenders. They had been working fine for over 1 month at my new home, but 2 days ago, I could not connect to 2.4 mhz with either Almond+, while 5 mhz worked fine. The issue was "authentication error." In any case, I decided for the heck of it to update the firmware and voila! problem was solved. :)

Random wifi disconnect. After reboot it will work fine for couple of days. Restored R092 firmware.

OpenVPN client support is still not functional.
See https://forum.securifi.com/index.php/topic,5536.0.html and https://forum.securifi.com/index.php/topic,5398.0.html
Please do something about it

Glad to see you guys are continuing to develop and push updates, though I wish it were more frequent.
I will update later this week and try to provide feedback.

Is the Almond+ still alive/supported or is it EOL?

Hello folks,
When are we going to see an update to the firmware on this router?
-
Why is the device no longer supported? Where are the promised bug fixes with the file system, disabling authorization on the 5GHz channel and others?
Is this a customer-oriented policy?
-
I agree, for months now my router has been acting up. It reboots multiple times per day, and as of late the 5GHz uptime is about 15 minutes and then the whole thing just seems to die. I am trying to go back to R092 and see if that helps, but the lack of support is really lame. When I called/emailed, I was pretty much told "make sure its plugged into the wall" (which, is strange it is the one device unsafe to put into my UPS?) and after that "how about purchase one of our newer devices".
How about is there some kind of diagnostics I could send so you could actually tell me whether there's a hardware failure or not? I've been using the router since I got it from Kickstarter and it's generally been decently reliable (though nothing compares to my old 54GL) and increasingly just is crapping itself.
The one thing I expect out of my premium priced router is
1. Hardware that lasts
2. Stability (increasingly seems like I will be forced to replace this router as its)
3. Security updates (which if the last update was in 2019 guessing that is a flop too now)
The bulk of the features in this thing, I simply don't use or seem non-functional/complete anyway. Heck, the time sync doesn't even account for timezone and is UTC-only 5 hours ahead of me.
I can't for the life of me see myself purchasing another Securifi product given the rapid deterioration of this router and sparse software support for it.

Great concept. Utterly shitty execution, predictably devolving into the "now we'd like your money monthly"/network-support-as-a-service bait & switch grift.
It's unfortunate really, but there is nothing to be done.
My advice:
Get a really good router w. or w/o wifi and use your A+ as your primary wifi access point or as an additional wired wifi extender. It's what I did. The home automation functionality for zwave & zigbee devices that comprises the HA hub part still works really well.

We are the first customer that give a chance to securifi with almond+ product.
Now nobody reply us about this amazing product.
IT's still alive?
some update are avaiable?
Yes, no, maybe?
-
Tried a reset and it is still not recognizing the internet cable. Comcast says internet and router are fine. Any suggestions? Not very tech savvy.
-
I'm very sad about this router.
The hardware is still good, but We can' t receive update, the wifi does not work fine.
The only way is update to a new version of kamikaze or other openwrt version, but nobody posted a compatible version on this forum.
What do you think about that?
Thanks
Q.

I think the company is dead. It's sad because I like very much their product. Indeed, the wifi is problematic, I have found that wifi client which use Wifi 6 are not 100% compatible with the WPA2 security protocol implemented in the Almond+..
I have sent an email to support for many problem, and they are not giving a big helping hand. At least they reply to me but that's all.

I just disable the Wifi and bought a TP-Link EAP245 V3 | Omada AC1750 Gigabit Wireless Access Point (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NMZR3F1). Even when the wifi was working, it's no where near as good as a dedicated wifi access point. The Almond+ still works well as a router and hub for the zwave and zigbee devices.
