Title: Commercial Electric Smart LED Downlight
Post by: JesseD on May 22, 2016, 06:27:52 pm
Hi everyone-

So I just purchased this Commercial Electric 5 & 6 in Smart LED Down light.  Its ZigBee compatible but made for the WInk HUB but it was $25 so I tried it.  COnnected perfect!!!  I can shut it on and off frm the LCD screen.  I can even change the light temperature  from Warm white to daylight

So I thought I was all set but to set up my scene but low and behold, the web interface says its an unsupported device.  How can that be?

@ JesseD,

Send the log files, most probably we may need to add the support for Web UI.

THanks for the info...

I have never had to send a log so can you give me some basic instructions?  Also does it have to be for the time I added and tested the device?

@ JesseD,

You could either send them through LCD (Help-->Send Logs) or via App. Yes, ensure to access the device at least couple of times before sending the logs.

Thanks Ashok.  I sent the logs using the LCD screen  I made sure to turn on and off the PORCHLIGHT (The name i gave the device) right before I sent the log

Any progress on this? I am interested in buying the same thing and would like to be able to set up scenes for this.

Thanks

Supported is being added and our next release is going to take care of it.
