Title: Diagnostic failed at Cloud verification

Hi, 

   I just bought an Almond 2015 with door sensors. I installed it and did the newer firmware update, but every time i check in Status the Cloud connection has the red X. I went to diagnostic and it fail at the first step "Cloud verification" by telling me that I need to link with account. So I went to Account but it tells me "Credentials invalid, please do a diagnostic". I can only connect to my Almond by local connection.

   I'm now stuck in that loop. Can someone tell me what I can do to link my account or connect to the cloud? Do I need to open ports on my network?
