Title: Securifi Door/Window magnetic reed sensor

Is anyone else having issues with the Door/Window magnetic reed sensor? I bought 4 of them and 2 of them stopped working. They would randomly cause my router siren to fire because they would register as open, then closed, and now always open.  They are 2 months old. Could the batteries be bad already? It's happening on 2 of them, so it doesn't seem like a random issue.

Do you have any spare batteries to try in them? It is possible to get bad batteries with any device, but if it persists after putting new batteries in I recommend emailing or calling support.

As Fillibar said I would try testing new batteries (or switch them with the ones that are working) but I assume these are the new Securifi Door Sensors (version 4 with temperature) on the Almond 3?

All of my Securifi branded devices came with bad batteries. I think two of them were dead out of the box, and two died very quickly. Pretty common problem from what I've seen on the forum.
