I started my upgrade this morning. It hung at 27% complete and has stayed there for 2 hours.
Any suggestions?

Cancel the upgrade and run the diagnostics then try again. If this fails then reboot the device and try. Thank you!

I do not see any options to cancel. Do I simply power off the device to restart it?

I rebooted and reran upgrade. Appears to be working. Thank you.
