To access a USB drive connected to the Almond 3 you have to set a few things up in the web admin UI. Please follow the below steps :

1. Enable FTP on Web Interface
2. Map the FTP (Web Interface IP address) in any device which is connected with the Almond 3 network and use the web interface username and password.

@ggrair

1. Tap on Status>>Web admin on the Almond 3 screen
2. Make a note of URL, username, and password.
3. Enter the URL in the browser and log in to Web Interface.
4. Once you've successfully logged in to the web UI of your Almond 3 you need to click on the Advanced tab.
5. Now click on FTP, By default, both the FTP server is disabled. To enable one or the other server, simply put a tick in the corresponding tick box and then click on Save.

Once you enable the FTP, download the Filezilla FTP client and install it. Simply enter the IP address of the Almond 3 and the FTP username and password in the file Zilla and access your network drive.

@ggrair

Currently, the Almond 3 only supports FAT32 and NTFS formatted drives, as well as ext3 if you're a Linux user.
