Title: Blank Screen

Almond has been working fine up until today. I had to unplug it to move some things - then plugged it back in and the screen is blank (black). No idea what is wrong with it. Anyone know?

I don't even see that button. I see one on the side next to the ports and power cable slot. I tried pressing that and nothing happens.

It seems like your Almond has failed for some reason and as mentioned in the edited post above, our support team will be able to help you out and arrange for a replacement unit.
