Title: Wifi Country Setting - Multiples/variations of countries?
Post by: brycied00d on July 12, 2014, 12:02:16 am
Looking through the advanced wifi settings, both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, I noticed that there three variations for "UNITED STATES" (plain, 2, and FCC49), as well as 60 different JAPANs. Is there any documentation to the meanings of these variations?

Sure, I understand the country setting in general. I'm just looking for the difference between "UNITED STATES," "UNITED STATES2," and "UNITED STATES FCC49." (And why are there 60 Japans for that matter?)
