Title: Almond+ won't power on

I had just setup almond+ through wizard, had not setup any custom configuration yet (no DDNS, port forwarding, etc.) It was working and I was browsing web. Then it went black and no more power. Unplugged and let sit, plugged back in and still no power. Black screen and no lights on network ports. Do I need a new one or is there something I can try.

Try pressing the reset button for 10 seconds after you've powered on your Almond+ http://wiki.securifi.com/index.php?title=Hardware_reset_button_-_Almond%2B_2014
If that doesn't work, we might have to get a replacement unit for you.
