Title: Almond+ dropping my Mybook Live every 30 min

Does anyone having streaming issues using the Almond+? It seems like my Samsung TV is loosing the connection to my my book live exactly every 30 minutes! This happens on the 5GHz network and has not happened on my old Cisco N router.
Any ideas his to troubleshoot this?
Also I think the overall WiFi stability is not very good. This morning I had to restart the router because all of my devices were disconnected or avoided the WiFi connection due to poor network quality...

We have a new firmware that we're expecting to release next week. It will have new Wi-Fi drivers that will hopefully fix this issue, but regardless I'll have the software team look into this issue.

Wow. Thanks for the super fast response. The service here is really top notch. So is this 30 min dropout bug a known issue?

Not that I've seen anyhow, hence why I need to have the software team look into it tomorrow, as that really shouldn't be happening.

i had this same issue and submitted logs to Securifi to look at first this next week. So the problems is at least 2 people big :)

Djscoutmaster, did you change any setting to evaluate this further? I changed the 5GHz channel and will see if it still persists tonight. Also wonder if this happens on the 2.4 GHz net or if its 5GHz related...

Yes, it would be very handy if you could send your logs once the 5GHz network goes down and then PM or email me your 5GHz MAC address.
Go to help, Send Logs and tap on Send logs in the LCD UI.

Anyone able to get this issue resolved?
