Title: Are there any problems with the cloud service today?

I ran diagnostics and the A+ is unable to successfully send in a report. WebUI keeps showing my devices re-joining over and over and over again.????

Same here. This seems to be happening frequently.

Yes, our Cloud server was down earlier and it is up now and we got a new Android app, please update it and let me know the status.

App updated to new version. Everything seems OK now. (A+ will need a reboot otherwise it keeps crapping out  - for anyone following along...).
