Hello
I just tried my first sensor (Peanut Plug) and ran into problems with it not showing up in my cloud account. I could view it locally, but was notified by the Almond App (Android) that it couldn't be viewed via the cloud. I tried to reset my app by logging out then attempted to log back in. I was unable to log in, so I tried to reset my password. This too failed. I finally contacted support via telephone, and they told me that they were having server issues. My question then is there a notice somewhere to let me know if there are service issues?

We had a small update on the Cloud, but everything is up and running now. If possible, reboot the Almond+ and check the status.
