Title: software update

In SETTINGS, there is a SOFTWARE UPGRADE. When I initiate, it will upload and then get stuck at 98%. Any ideas?

@ grokinla,

To our best knowledge, it shouldn't be getting stuck but may take a bit more time, please try it again and wait for few minutes and let us know the status.

Which mode does the Almond 3 is setup and also what is the firmware version right now?

Router mode.

Current version AL3-R011-64MB

Thank you and is there any possibility of updating the firmware via Web UI and let us know the status.

Please elaborate updating through web UI.  Instead of going through settings?

Your primary almond has a webserver running on it... that lets you change settings and update the software...
you download the update to your computer (pc or otherwise)... open a web browser to the Almonds web address and then upload that file you downloaded to the almond....
