Title: How do you insert a photo from a smartphone?

Have had questions before and wanted to insert a picture from my phone but can't seem to figure it out for the life of me? Tried the attachments section and the img insert button but yea can't figure it out? Am I that stupid or am I missing something here? Thanks

I just use the Attachments, Choose File, then browse my phone to select the screenshot or picture.
Couple questions:
1) What type of phone do you have (I know android but cannot help with iPhones)?
2) Is there any error or point at which the process fails? Do you select pictures but they do not show in the attach list, etc...

I have an iPhone. Tried that last night and got a cloud error!? .... Though come to think of it maybe it has something to do do w the wifi at my job some sites and things are blocked.

Says "error request can not be satisfied" the under that says request blocked by cloudfront ... idk

Sorry, not one I have seen or know how to solve. Any iPhone users want to give it a shot?
