Title: Drops and reboots

I have been experiencing many drops with the almond lately. Witnessed in performance and with a wifi analyzer app showing it dropping off. It sometimes happens every few minutes. Then yesterday my almond rebooted and reset everything like it was factory reset. I have it set up as an access point with the same SSID and password as my router. And got it set back up as I had it before. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi mparadis,

We could diagnose and resolve the issue with Almond dropping connection. However, it is not normal at all for Almond to reboot by itself or getting reset to the factory defaults and it could be an issue with the hardware. Please contact our support team at (support@securifi.com), who can assist you with the possible replacement.
