For some time now the cloud feature on my Almond 2015 router has not been working. (Cannot get any sensor/device updates on my iPhone).
When I run the wizard, it tells me to set up my almond account which I already did and to link my router to the account (which I have also done before as it was working at one point).
When trying to get a code to link, it fails with the message the the router is already affiliated with an account. When I run the 'diagnose' app, it tells me that no account is linked. Seems contradictory.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Unlink it from the account, via LCD. Then try again. That's what I would try. Otherwise I would contact support as it may be more advanced problem.

Try to unlink it using the App and let us know the status.

I was able to unlink via iOS app. Will try re-linking tonight and will update with results.
