Title: Almond 2015 screen unreadable

I am having trouble with my Almond 15  disconnecting constantly in range/extender mode. Now the screen is a glaring white and is unreadable! I also noticed that the channel keeps changing and it is not me doing it. I am using my phone service for wireless WiFi is it possible the internet provider is doing this. One more thing when the Almond 15 is showing an internet connection in extender mode and my devices show that internet is connected I still cannot connect. For example Dish Hopper 3 shows full power ( solid green bar) but when I try to DL a movie or connect to Netflix an error msg: no. Internet connection. This also happens with my tablet...show excellent strength/ connection but when I try to open a browser same error msg: no internet connection.!!  HELP

Did you contact support? They are very responsive by phone or email (sounds like phone might be best).
