having problem the screen will not light up

Make sure that we are using the Almond 2015 power adapter, which is shipped with it. If possible try to connect a different power adapter with the similar specifications to rule out the issue with power adapter. As a last step before contacting our support team (support@securifi.com) for replacement turn it off for at least 15-20 minutes and connect it to a different power outlet and check.
